Our Housing opportunities are influenced and created directly by your needs. We always try to put like-minded people together so that a strong ‘family’ group is formed in each home – if you already have an idea of who you would like to share a house with or where you would like to live then we will do our best to make that happen. If not, we will help you find somewhere that you feel comfortable and at home.
Once we have found somewhere for you to live we will support you every step of the way to help you move and get settled in as quickly and easily as possible.
The amount of ongoing support we provide is determined by your needs. We can provide overnight support if needed, or just a couple of hours a day to help with chores and meal preparation.
People’s lives rarely tend to stay the same for long. Over time your needs may change or you may just feel that you are ready to move out of a shared house and into somewhere of your very own, or vice-versa.
Our service is fully prepared to change and adapt to reflect this. The most common reason for a vacancy becoming available in one of our houses is because someone has developed their skills enough to live more independently.
Our homes are part of their local community. We also have a range of social activities in the evenings and weekends to help people come
together to follow an interest or see their friends. We pride ourselves in developing a personal connection with our tenants and their networks.
Communication is very important to us, and there are a range of ways to get your voice heard in a Top Line home. Through regular house
meetings, reviews and general catch ups we can make sure we are providing the home and support that you want.
If you would like to live in one of our homes, or if you want us to help you find a new home of your own, get in touch…
