Support Worker – Supported Living

Salary: £26,000, including excellent benefits, based on 40 hours, and two sleep-ins per week, (plus bonus scheme and overtime). These additional opportunities to enhance this salary are with a Monthly Performance Related Pay (Bonus Scheme), and Overtime opportunities.

Working hours:
40 hours plus two sleep-ins per week with the opportunity for overtime
20 hours plus one sleep-in per week with the opportunity for overtime

Typical attendance:
Shifts will be anytime Monday to Sunday based on the requirements of the people we support, but will will be similar each week whenever possible, and aiming to give you two consecutive days off each week whenever possible.

Note: In addition, this role is also available if you simply wish to work weekends:
The hours can be flexible and can be either fixed or variable each weekend. The days and sleep-ins can be any day and time Friday to Monday to suit you.

About the role
First things first, every day is different; you will help the people we support to live meaningful and extraordinary lives, by developing a creative environment in which to stimulate and develop positive relationships. You’ll go the extra mile for the people we support – how would you find rewarding and varied ways to make a difference to their lives? In return, you’ll get a fun and challenging role, that will be both demanding and rewarding, including Care Certificate online training and in-house industry relevant training, and a basic salary of £26,000.

About you
Naturally friendly, you’re a positive and proactive person looking for a long-term career in a truly caring company. You are a great communicator and a dynamic team player, you have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you work with – always seeking the best results for the people we support. You are enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated, and enjoy helping people to reach their potential.
You have at least one years experience in an Adult Care / Support Environment, a knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and experience of loan working.
